A session may range anywhere from strength and conditioning training, to skills development, injury prevention, or yoga.

My most popular offering as this prepares you for your season and/or supports you during those adventurous, playful days enjoying doing what you love most.
Following a strategy session, I'll build you a program and support you along the way through check-ins, video review and our monthly private virtual session.
Between my Vimeo page and our sessions, you'll expand your movement practice, gain strength & stability, and prevent injury.

This is a mutual three month commitment, with the option to extend. Three months provides us time to see real life results and address existing imbalances, injury and long term goals so you can play better for longer.

If you are interested in more extensive coaching, looking at not only your training but skill based activity (play) and recovery, this option is for you.

There are several approaches to working together but minimum investment from you is 10 sessions. In this time we can exceed what you thought previously possible.
​
I do not believe in a single modality approach to training or recovery. Instead we will dive into a world of movement, skill and recovery to provide you with the greatest opportunity to explore, play and do so for years to come.​
